ITI is seeking an Account Manager for a permanent, full-time position to join our External Sales team. 

Your role will be to market ITI’s full range of products and services to existing and developing customers in the healthcare sector. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for :   

  • Representing and promoting ITI’s full portfolio of solutions and services; 
  • Managing the assigned territory while developing new business opportunities and accounts; 
  • Assessing and understanding clients’ business needs in order to develop tailored sales strategies; 
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with key decision-makers, including senior executives; 
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, including manufacturers; 
  • Preparing and delivering client presentations and responding to public tenders; 
  • Ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities in the CRM and maintaining up-to-date opportunities. 

This position is for you if…

  • You enjoy developing business opportunities within the public healthcare sector; 
  • You understand the realities of CISSS/CIUSSS organizations and are comfortable navigating structured and regulated environments; 
  • You build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical, administrative, and IT decision-makers; 
  • You are comfortable with public tenders and procurement processes; 
  • You are motivated to make a tangible impact in a sector where both human and technological challenges are critical. 

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on business development; 
  • Experience in information technology and/or in the public healthcare sector (a combination of both is required); 
  • Good understanding of CISSS/CIUSSS environments and public procurement processes (a strong asset); 
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management best practices; 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in French; functional English is required to collaborate with English-speaking partners; 
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel required).
