Inside Sales Representative, Healthcare IT

ITI is looking for an Inside Sales Representative specialized in the healthcare sector. 

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of client proximity by responding quickly to customer needs and recommending tailored IT solutions, both in products and services. 

You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their business objectives while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. 

This position is ideal for an experienced inside sales professional with a strong background in IT solution agreements within the public sector, particularly in healthcare. 

You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and work closely with account managers dedicated to the healthcare sector. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for :   

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients within your territory to drive sales growth; 
  • Advising clients on product selection and responding to inquiries via phone, e-mail or videoconference; 
  • Collaborating with distributors and manufacturers to deliver the best solutions under optimal commercial terms; 
  • Preparing quotes, submitting them, and ensuring proper follow-up; 
  • Conducting research on products, prices, delivery times, additional discounts, and more; 
  • Registering opportunities with ITI’s manufacturing partners; 
  • Occasionally contributing to public tender submissions and follow-ups;  
  • Continuously developing knowledge through mandatory training to remain up to date with IT market trends; 
  • Managing complex situations or complaints with professionalism and proactivity; 
  • Working closely with account managers in the healthcare sector.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within IT; 
  • Solid understanding of public sector procurement processes and agreements (CAG); 
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions and the ability to stay current with industry trends to better advise clients; 
  • Experience using a CRM (an asset); 
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written), with advanced English required to interact with English-speaking stakeholders; 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
