ITI is looking for an Administrative and Operations Support Technician to coordinate logistics and administrative activities related to shipping, warehouse operations, inventory management, and operational support for internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Québec City office, specifically in the Lebourgneuf area.

This individual will play a key role in managing local and international shipments, tracking customer orders, overseeing equipment and materials, and ensuring data accuracy within ERP systems. You will work closely with sales support, operations, and technical support teams to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service. You will report to the Manager, Logistics and Technical Services.

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate local and international shipments for all departments, including pallet preparation, communication with internal teams and carriers, and management of all required shipping documentation;
  • Manage transportation providers and ensure compliance with customs processes for inbound and outbound shipments;
  • Receive goods, verify delivered quantities, and update inventory records accordingly;
  • Perform physical inspections to ensure shipments comply with purchase orders and transportation documents;
  • Manage internal logistics of equipment and materials, including the shipping and retrieval of IT equipment, tracking numbers follow‑up, and coordination with employees;
  • Record and monitor inventory movements in inventory management and customer order systems (ERP);
  • Organize and store goods in the warehouse according to established procedures and customer‑dedicated storage areas;
  • Continuously maintain and improve logistical and operational processes and procedures;
  • Enter customer orders and quotes into ERP systems and management tools;
  • Handle technicians’ requests for parts quotations;
  • Ensure shipments comply with customer orders;
  • Participate in cycle counts and periodic inventory audits;
  • Coordinate the dispatching of service tickets for IT technicians using management tools;
  • Manage daily mail and carry out required follow‑ups in accordance with established guidelines (including deposits and administrative tracking);
  • Perform any other related tasks in support of operational and logistics activities.

This position is for you if…

  • You’re at your best when it comes to organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks in parallel, especially in a fast‑moving environment where every day is different;
  • You are autonomous, resourceful, and proactive—you enjoy finding solutions and working independently;
  • You value variety, learn quickly, and enjoy working on diverse tasks rather than doing the same thing every day;
  • You adapt easily to change and perform well in fast‑paced environments;
  • You are curious by nature, enjoy tackling hands‑on challenges, and are motivated by improving processes and ways of working;
  • You’re motivated by having a real impact, contributing directly to smooth operations and continuous process improvement.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in administrative support, logistics, warehousing, or operations;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel at an intermediate level, including file structuring and protection, data validation, creation of drop‑down lists, and the use of common data analysis and management tools;
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or ConnectWise Manage (considered an asset);
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, verbally and in writing (English is required for written communications with carriers, manufacturers, and English‑speaking employees);
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift loads ranging from 16 kg to 25 kg (e.g., boxes of IT equipment).

Human qualities

  • Autonomous, resourceful, and proactive;
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities;
  • Versatile, curious, and quick to learn;
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment;
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of accuracy;
  • Solution‑driven mindset.

Concretely, this means:

  • A work environment where transparency and honesty reign — where everyone enjoys autonomy and the trust and attention of their leaders ;

  • A group insurance plan — adaptable to your needs ;
  • A telehealth service including 24/7 access to medical personnel — to respond to your concerns ;
  • Personal days — to ensure you’re there for life’s important moments ;
