- You enjoy working in a consultative pre-sales environment, where understanding client needs, making relevant recommendations, and supporting discussions upstream of projects are key;
- You are results-oriented and take pride in contributing directly to the growth of the Microsoft business unit, the quality of delivery, and the adoption of proposed solutions.
- You inspire trust and are able to interact effectively with various stakeholders, both in terms of relationship-building and the quality of your communications;
- You enjoy collaborating closely with sales teams, technical experts, and delivery teams to advance opportunities in a consistent and structured manner;
- You are organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented, particularly when it comes to follow-ups, coordinating multiple initiatives, and maintaining rigorous execution;
- You have a natural interest in security, compliance, and governance topics, and you are motivated to actively promote their value to clients;
- You enjoy acting as a resource person and contributing to the development of knowledge, practices, and internal maturity around Microsoft solutions.
