ITI is looking for a passionate Associate Account Manager based in The Maritimes, who thrives on customer service and business development. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and manufacturers within your territory, while offering solutions tailored to customer needs. 

You will play a key role in achieving sales objectives by advising clients, preparing quotes, ensuring rigorous follow-ups, and identifying new business opportunities. In close collaboration with the assigned Account Manager, you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to ITI’s continued growth. This position offers a clear path to becoming an Account Manager, with the opportunity to take ownership of your own territory and drive long-term client success. 

Your role at ITI

You will be responsible for: 

  • Developing and managing relationships with clients in your assigned territory to drive sales growth; 
  • Building and maintaining relationships with distributors and manufacturers in your sector to offer solutions under the best possible conditions; 
  • Advising clients on product selection and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or video conference; 
  • Proactively promoting ITI’s supported and resold solutions to clients; 
  • Preparing and sending quotes to clients, and ensure timely follow-ups; 
  • Working closely with assigned Account Manager(s); 
  • Register sales opportunities with ITI’s partner manufacturers; 
  • Researching products, pricing, delivery timelines, and additional discounts with suppliers and manufacturers; 
  • Handling client complaints by identifying potential solutions, resolving issues, or escalating to management when necessary; 
  • Following up on client satisfaction after product delivery; 
  • Sharing relevant client information with the Account Manager and acting as a point of reference; 
  • Contributing to the development and identification of new opportunities within the assigned territory; 
  • Creating and managing office product opportunities in the internal CRM.

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the information technology sector; 
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions available on the market and ability to stay up to date with technological innovations; 
  • Ability to work effectively with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; 
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, and functional proficiency in French is an asset for collaborating with stakeholders based in Quebec; 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate level in Microsoft Excel.
