ITI is looking for a Director, Strategy and Development to drive the growth of our professional services offering. This strategic role aims to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while building lasting relationships with key clients.
At the intersection of business strategy and transformation, you will play a central role in evolving our positioning as a trusted partner. You will develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with our growth objectives, working closely with delivery, architecture, and marketing teams.
Your role at ITI
You will be responsible for:
- Defining and executing a business development strategy aligned with growth objectives, identifying new market opportunities and client segments;
- Contributing to the evolution and positioning of the professional services portfolio;
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities (net new and expansion), driving the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing;
- Crafting and presenting value propositions tailored to client needs;
- Building and maintaining executive-level (C-level) relationships and identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts;
- Developing strategic partnerships with our technology partners and key ecosystems;
- Working closely with delivery, architecture, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of opportunities to delivery teams;
- Participating in the structuring of offerings, proposals, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs);
- Representing the company at events, conferences, and networking activities, and contributing to go-to-market and demand generation initiatives.

What we’re looking for
Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, ideally in professional services or IT;
- Proven experience in complex solution selling (consulting, cloud, data, artificial intelligence, etc.);
- Excellent ability to build and maintain strategic business relationships, particularly at the executive (C-level) level;
- Strong understanding of client challenges and a value-driven consultative approach;
- Proven experience managing a pipeline of opportunities and achieving revenue targets;
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to collaborate with English-speaking clients and partners;
- Experience in Microsoft, Azure, Data & AI, M365 environments: an asset;
- Active business network in Quebec and Canada: an asset;
- Experience in MSP or consulting firms: an asset.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate business issues clearly;
