ITI is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and overseeing multiple technology projects, such as cloud migration initiatives, modern workplace (M365) environments, networking, and business intelligence (data & AI) projects.  

You will be responsible for planning and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations, while guaranteeing quality, timelines, and optimal resource management. This role covers projects for clients located across Canada.  

You will report to Manager, Project Management Office and work in closely with several cross-functional teams in dynamic environment where collaboration and rigor are key. 

Your role at ITI

In collaboration with the PMO team, you will be responsible for: 

  • Coordinating the work of multiple project teams, while ensuring deadlines and planned resources are respected; 
  • Establishing and updating project plans (score of work and deliverables); 
  • Managing budgets and ensuring project profitability; 
  • Contributing to business development by building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and business partners; 
  • Ensure close follow-up with clients throughout project delivery; 
  • Providing exceptional customer service; 
  • Advising and supporting clients in their strategic decisions (risk management, decision logs); 
  • Supervising, coaching, and mobilizing project teams; 
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for project and service tenders; 
  • Implementing project management best practices; 
  • Supporting the development of the PMO (process standardization, sharing best practices, supporting colleagues).

What we’re looking for

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; 
  • Proven experience in technology environments (cloud, M365, infrastructure, etc.); 
  • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships; 
  • Ability to deliver projects in line with objectives (quality, budget, timelines); 
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),  
  • Experience with project management tools (Monday, ConnectWise Manage, NetSuite) – an asset; 
  • PMI/PMP certification – an asset; 
  • Scrum Master and/or Agile methodology training – an asset; 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French, with an advance level of English. (The addition of a bilingual employee will allow the department to continue serving English-speaking clients, who represent approximately 40% of our projects).
